We forge gear blanks in closed dies so the grain flow follows the tooth profile rather than being cut through by machining. Blanks are delivered normalised with machining allowance and centre bore, ready for your hobbing or grinding line. Common materials are 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo and 18CrNiMo7-6.采用闭式模锻生产齿轮坯，使金属流线沿齿形连续，而非被机加工切断。齿轮坯以正火态交付，预留加工余量与中心孔，可直接进入滚齿或磨齿工序。常用材质为 20CrMnTi、42CrMo 与 18CrNiMo7-6。
